The Painting Process
Interior Painting
Step One - Place furniture in the center of the room.
Step Two - Cover floors, hardware and furniture with masking tape and plastic.
Step Three - Remove all nails from walls and repair holes.
Step Four - Remove all dirt and debris from walls and baseboards..
Step Five - Sand and caulk where necessary.
Step Six - Apply high quality interior paint finish coat with brush and roller.
Step Seven - Remove plastic and masking tape and place furniture to its original place.
Step Eight - Vacuum.
Exterior Painting
Step One - Pressure wash and give it a full sunny day to dry.
Step Two - Scrape and prime bare wood.
Step Three - Caulk cracks and putty holes.
Step Four - Repair any wood, siding or stucco damages.
Step Five - Cover plants, exterior furniture, driveway, and side walks.
Step Six - Apply high quality exterior paint finish coat with brush, roller, and paint sprayer.
Step Seven - Uncover and clean up.
